Norchem offers two types of machine controllers: the NorQuest™ 3000 for smaller machines and the NorQuest™ 6000 for larger machines. Both types are programmed for washers and dryers.

NORQUEST™ 3000

The NorQuest™ 3000 features the latest microprocessor technology based on a robust Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for easy programming and operation. It is designed to work with any commercial and industrial washer and dryer. It can easily be retrofitted into existing machines or replace outdated microprocessors. The hardware consists of an Operator Interface (OI) and an industrial PLC designed to operate in any industrial environment.

NORQUEST™ 6000

The NorQuest™ 6000 uses an 8.4” 16 bit color 800 x 600 pixel touchscreen that provides realistic images with clear, sharp, and bright displays. All instructions, formulas, and settings are set via the touchscreen. It’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is an industrial computer control system that continuously monitors the state of input devices and makes decisions based upon a custom program to control the state of output devices.
